This company is amazing. Our ac took a dump, when they came out to look we just figured we would also replace the furnace. They came out and did the job fast and kept the install area clean. Would definitely refer and use them again.

Joel arrived as promised on time and was very friendly and professional. Only took him a few minutes to find the no heat issues. Told me it was the draft motor might be froze up and tried to free it up but couldn"t. He had the correct motor and replaced it as needed. Checked over all the connections and fired the furnace right up which quickly gave off the needed heat. They were able to come out to help us the same day we called and helped us pick out a new AC unit. Our AC was out when it was very hot outside and we were so thankful they could come out. Many companies said they could be there in a week, which we couldn't wait for. We appreciate their sense of urgency. Had a question about a single room air conditioning problem and decided to call Bomar after my dad used them for years and was very happy. Very happy with the visit - could've been a massive upsell of $4,000 to $5,000 but recommendation was to go a diffent direction costing a LOT less. Also looked at and helped fix a dead vent while he was there. At the end, didn't have any business to give them - but be assured they will be my first call when I do need something. You don't get this kind of honest old-school customer service everywhere.
