I called Bomar in the morning because cool air, instead of heat, was coming out of the vents. The service technician (Joel P) came in the early afternoon. He quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. Joel was courteous and professional. The repair cost was reasonable.

I just came down and found the lid off my humidifier with dust everywhere. Upon arrival to my home one of the first things he said is he wanted to use my bathroom . Out of courtesy I let him but I found that very inappropriate, especially during Covid .
