Who would have ever thought that before a plumber would fix your problem that the basement would have to be cleaned and santized. I've had to clean my basement before and I was going to clean it this time. I bought lots of bleach to pour on the floor but I needed a drain to do so. I am eighty years old and I just can't believe what happened.

Actually all your techs have been great, professional and courteous. I recall when we first had you out for service, it was for a 2nd opinion as we were told by Black Diamond our heat exchanger needed to be replaced (if I recall $1100 cost). Your technician Gino, said that was not correct as the mfg. was covering that with a 20 yr warranty including installation. Honesty is important

I had already contacted my local repair company who could not get out to my house till next week. I told them never mind. I then located your companies number on the internet. I called due to my air conditioner not working. The person who answered was very helpful saying you guys would be out today. Once service technician arrived, he was very friendly. He instructed me to turn on thermostat and we walked out to air conditioner. I turned on breaker and he immediately had me turn bad off. He took about 5 minutes to tell me which part was bad. He gave me a price to fix and was off to get the part from his truck. He arrived at 1pm and air conditioner was all fixed then paid for by 1:25pm. All with enough time to sleep before working nightshift in my cold air conditioned house. Thank you
