I received a text before Joel arrived which allowed me to put our dogs in a safe place for both Joel and them. He told me what he was going do in checking the A/C and proceeded to do it. Before he left, he told me that all was fine and explained that I would be receiving by email the specific results of his inspection. He also told me when to call for an furnance inspection. I appreciated his thoroughness and friendly manner. Job well done.

The man that came out has been here before. Nice guy. Does a good job. They cancelled our appointment ent twice. We arranged our scheme to accommodate them. The second time they cancelled us it made us angry. Thinking about dropping the program. We could use the extra money.

Joel is always friendly and hardworking. In fact I didn't realize he couldn't find the light switch. He never said anything. Worked with just his head lamp till I went down to show him what I was talking about on the furnace. I felt so bad. But he showed me something on the humidifier I never knew was really bad. He was told to fix it. He is the only one I want working on our furnace. He cleaned up after himself.

Once again, Bomar has come through for us. Our service tech, Joel, did another outstanding job for us. He was here last year to service our 20 yr old A/C unit. This year he serviced our 20 yr old furnace. He explained everything as he did it and got us back up and running in no time flat. Joel arrived quickly and diagnosed the issue with our A/C unit. He explained the problem, notified me of the repair cost and handled the repair very fast. Also, gave me some homeowner tips for self maintenance to help with an aging unit. We will be calling Bomar Heating in the next year or so when it needs to be replaced.
