Our 18 year old Trane furnace (and older air conditioner) became obsolete, and a new Trane furnace was installed just before the extra cold January temperature arrived and dropped. way below the comfort level.. The installation team (Tyler and Brian) was efficient and neat, and returned as necessary to make adjustments, with help from Joel and Ryan. The problems of noise and insufficient heat as the extreme cold spell was upon us were answered by Ryan, who was recognized by the staff as an expert on electric furnaces. Ryan is persistent, analytical, deductive, knowledgeable, and perceptive, and thus is most helpful in responding to and completing the installation. Another analysis will be forthcoming in the Spring when a heat pump will be installed. We are very pleased.

Ryan was very knowledgeable and thorough in his inspection of our furnace. He took time to show me the potential future issues using his internal probe of the unit. He is obviously very experienced and immediately recognized a problem with a connection to the drain tube, I would highly recommend Ryan.
