I can't think of anything mediocre or bad to say about Ryan, he was perfect. If I ever buy another house, I won't just get the house inspected as I recently did, I will have Bomar inspect the furnace and the central air before I buy it/// On a different subject, right above this box where it says "Enter a short summary, i.e." I believe the i.e. should be changed to e.g. because i.e. means 'that is' and e.g. means 'for example'.
