Ryan has a businesslike yet delightful personality. He checked and tested the furnace and water heater, checked each item listed on the invoice, then went over all of it with me before leaving.He offered to replace the batteries in the thermostat, I gave him batteries, that's cared for too. The filters we've been using aren't Aprilaire. We thought very expensive, over $100. Ryan assured me they weren't that much, he helped me find them online, they're ordered! Thanks for sending Ryan!
