My discussion with Joel was very informative. He explained how the humidifier functioned. The options a customer has in operating it. It was previously explained to me that if I turned the dial on the humidifier control between one and seven I could adjust the amount of humidity. Joel indicated that was not the case. He showed me the way the controls were wired the unit controlled the humidity. I asked him to wire it so I set the humidity level and he did. We had further discussion about the furnaces' operation and thermostat control which was very informative.
