Our appointment was set up for a time frame of 9-11 and our technician arrived a few minutes before 11. He was efficient, and maybe too efficient as he changed our furnace filter that we had just obtained. We were told by the general manager just 2 days before that this filter needed to be changed only once a year. The current filter was just in place for 6 months. There was a small amount of gray on the old filter but in no means did it need replacement. The maintenance was included with the cost of placement of our Trane Furnace in February 2018

I had a really bad experience by going to a different company in Freeport, Il. Name of the company starts with Loe......, never go there they will try to steal your money, and in the process they were committing fraud, I wander how many times they did the same to other customers. I had a bad heat exchanger, so after my bad experience with this other company that ends in ...scher’s. I went to Bomar heating and cooling. Man!, my experience with them was amazing right from the moment I walked in there, the way they talk to you, you can tell how much they care. They smile at you, and they clearly explain to you what has to be done..., it was just such a great experience. Special thanks to Gino, he knows what he is doing, and did a great job, he was able to give me information about my air purifier as well.
